Orchard Funds Management Update Follow-Up |
I am happy to write to inform you that Orchard have made 2 board appointments today;
Furthermore, there is expected to be an additional Independent Director appointed very shortly. Centre Capital believe both of these appointments are a step in the right direction for Orchard stakeholders, most importantly our clients within the funds. We have actively engaged Orchard and a range of advisers and dealer groups pushing for these changes which has been the culmination of some 18 months of effort. As per previous advices we continue to support a syndicate who have the financial backing to provide a holistic solution to Orchard which we believe is in clients best interests. |
